Officially estimated around year 2026 but personally, not on behalf of developer, I would provide a later date from the past lessons I’ve learnt. So I would say year 2027 is the safest to avoid disappointment/

Usually developer will include / free legal fees for loan agreement and Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) but I need to declare in advance that I am not their sales representative/ sales agent, information are merely collected online & from other agents, any enquiry I will pass their contact to you or vice versa.

Yes you can. However, if it is a new project / under-constructions / developer’s unit , developers are giving free legal fees ya. 

Developers would be happy if you help them save cost.

However, if it is completed property from developer, do check properly what kind of defect they will rectify for you, because the terms listed in the sales & purchase agreement (SPA) for completed property is different than the new project. In another words, unfair to you as a buyer.

Is Aston Minka a good buy?

To be honest…….. I don’t like here, it’s a chinese neighbourhood, prosper, but, traffic jam/ traffic congestion is as crazy as Penang Island. (well, the last time I was here is before Covid, so….. still congested or not you can comment at the below section and let me know)

If you’re people from here, just nice for you, if you’re getting first house, don’t want too high commitment, can try this. Suitable for youngster  to get a house, be independent or need extra, personal space from family and if you don’t want too high burden/ commitment, just rent the other bedroom or dual key unit to tenants to reduce your monthly instalment. 

Erm……. investment, I would say so, so lahhh.

I think ok, as long as your selling price follow market trend, reason is because of the layout, dual key, 950 square feet, spacious than nearby condominium project that are not fall under “affordable”, thus another bonus.

However, it also depends on future management ya, if the building is managed poorly……….I think you know the answer. (God I think I should go back to add this sentence / comment in my previous review/ posts….)

It is good, if you don’t need a big landscape, fancy facilities, if you prefer something nicely designed, nearby project shall be Grains Residence, Mertajam Height, Aston Acacia & etc.
