Personally I think Baymont Resident is not a good investment project it is only more suitable for own stay, retirement and holiday purpose house. (Personal opinion)
Is it easy to sell Baymont Residence in the foreseeable future?
It is not easy to sell Baymont Residence in the foreseeable future because it is not easy to bump into millionaire everyday lolz.
My Personal preference & comment for Baymont Residence as an agent
Honestly, I like it, quite peaceful. Some nice units with great view that cover mountain, sea view and city view. If view is important to you there’s very limited choice for you.
Good for chinese that look at Feng Shui because at the back will be mountain / hill while at the front is sea view.
If you want to travel to shopping mall like Queensbay Mall in 10 to 15 minutes I guess you should gffive up Baymont Residence and pick up something nearby like Tierra Residence & Vista Jambul.
