Yes, if you don’t need big size property/ house like those super condo located Gurney Drive. It will suit you only if you have the budget & you like Pulau Tikus area where most of the amenities are really within walking distance.
This project is kinda like “middle” range in this area where it is really been a while / some years that Pulau Tikus & Gurney Drive don’t have any new project anymore and with the size of 1,300 square feet 3 bedrooms. So yes, you can try to invest if you have some money, I’m being conservative as usual, but I think I am confident enough to say that the price will be very stable.
Yes, it is rather easy compare to condominium located exactly at the Gurney drive unless there’s new projects at Andaman Island with bigger size and selling cheaper than this project which i don’t think it is possible. But you don’t go and renovate the unit with RM 200k, 300k then only you’re asking at above market value……. then, it will be a challenge.
It’s been a while / some years since Pulau Tikus or Gurney Drive has any new project. This project is only 198 units and with 3 bedrooms compared to nearby super condo like Moulmein Rise, 11 Gurney, 8 Gurney, Marriott Residence, Sunrise Gurney where the price is really close to Rm 1.5m to Rm 2m onwards. This new project will be a niche.
