Is Ferringhi Residence 1 Good for Own Stay Purpose?
Batu Ferringhi really a good place for retirement, weekend or holiday home purpose regardless of whether you pick a unit here at Ferringhi Residence or Ferringhi Residence 2 or any other properties here, a very peaceful environment.
Is Ferringhi Residence 1 Good for Investment ?
Unless you’re purchasing a very rare property and we all know rare property come with great price so you shouldn’t be expecting a great return within a short period of time and if you’re serious to earn a profit in Batu Ferringhi you should opt from secondary market. I’m not saying this is a bad property but it’s hard for you to reap a profit within short period of time but if you’re buying for extra or to treat it as holiday home it is a nice project
How's the rental ROI for Ferringhi Residence 1
To be honest I’m not specialised at the market rental at this area but you shouldn’t be expecting a high rental ROI at this area if you plan to rent it out in a long term way. So I would say around 2% ROI in terms of rental rate, apologize if I’m wrong.
Is it easy to sell Ferringhi Residence 1 in the foreseeable future?
Personal opinion, you should only get a property here at Batu Ferringhi for your own stay, own usage for holiday, weekend or retirement purpose because it’s not easy to sell your property here located Batu Ferringhi unless you plan to sell it original price because the market doesn’t act like past decade anymore.
My Personal preference & comment for Ferringhi Residence 1 as an agent
You can have basics goods and amenities here which is good for retirement, holiday or weekend home but if you want to have a big shopping mall like Gurney and etc then sorry to say this is not a good spot for you. However you can expect an easy excess due to new paired road will be opening soon and some new development plan here at Batu Ferringhi too.
I would pick up a unit here either Ferringhi Residence or Ferringhi Residence 2 as my holiday home because I really like Batu Ferringhi’s environment and the big facilities landscape.
