Is Orange Melur Good for Own Stay Purpose?

Is Orange Melur Good for Investment ?
Considering Bagan Ajam and the name of Raja Uda, I like this place. Whether it is a good investment or not you still need to look at your purchase cost which is the developer’s selling price. What I heard is the selling price close to RM 1 million, I’m kinda shocked too but considering there’s really limited new or rare landed development in this area, this is the fact. If around RM 800k I think this is still a good buy after al this is landed property not high-rise and high density condominium.
