Is Amaris Seri Tanjung Pinang Good for Own Stay Purpose?
Actually I’m biased/ not independent to review this place, because i fell in love with this place. Hence, everything I said/ share here might give you a feeling or hard-selling/ brainwash you to buy this place 😂🤣. Of course you have your own preference, some people like a bigger land for planting/ gardening purpose, but for me, I don’t need the extra land because I don’t plant anything. You see, here’s the good and bad which I cannot persuade you to buy this if this is not suitable for you. Anyhow, if you read my other article/ post/ review, you’ll notice I do shared the what is good and what is bad too about this project.
It is a good place to stay if you’re looking for quiet place, luxury and prestigious neighbourhood yet convenient. For more travelling distance and amenities you can refer the top where I’ve labelled them out regarding the nearby amenities, schools, hospitals & etc.
The only thing you need to know is, this is a reclaimed land project. Is it bad? I don’t know, that depends on you, older generation say bad, new generation say technology different nowadays. My job is a deal maker, tell me what’s in your mind and I get it matched.
Is Amaris Seri Tanjung Pinang Good for Investment ?
If it is pre-Covid-19 and during Covid-19, I would say this is a good investment, as for now…….. I’m not sure, that have to go back to your definition of “investment”. If you wanna buy now, say Rm 4 million, and flip 6 million 5 years later, I don’t know…….. I’m not an over-promising agent, that will depends on your “vision” and your experience. If it is during Covid-19 lockdown, you might be able to find RM 3 million and it’s over now, price gone up to now RM 4 million +/-. Lesser than RM 4 million? I don’t think i have unit for you because the owners here are all financially strong owner (they won’t sell cheap or below market value), I’m sure you are too otherwise you won’t be looking into this area.
Is it easy to sell Amaris Seri Tanjung Pinang in the foreseeable future?
My answer is slightly easy if you follow market price, because this development consist of only about 29 units in this “Taman” or neighbourhood, just need to get a right buyer that like this layout design and there’s not much competition ongoing while look at the past data/ transaction there’s averagely 2 units being sold every year.
My Personal preference & comment for Amaris Seri Tanjung Pinang as an agent
Reason I like it:
1. Convenient Location
2. Quiet
3. Great quality / workmanship, of course you can find some minor hairline crack, after all Malaysia is having hot weather most of the time and it’s completed in 2017, technically about 6 years already until year 2023. But still, at least, I can say, above averagely quality here.
