Is My Sakura 28 a Good Buy ?

Is My Sakura 28 Good for Own Stay Purpose?
If you like the life that is slightly out of city or town and you happen to have the budget, you can consider My Sakura 28.
Is it really good for own stay considering nearby is airport ? Well, so far up to date doesn’t have much people complain about this because its located at opposite direction of the flight departure, you can still hear some voice of course but to be honest certain area of Bayan Lepas area can hear it to so I wouldn’t say it’s major or serious problem, if you’re worried then just stay there for couple of hours and listen to the flight sound whether is ok for you or not
Some minor expectation you can have on Sakura 28 is the long awaiting Japanese outlet mall Mitsui Outlet Park (if not mistaken) is upcoming after years of news and it most likely will be constructed after the Covid 19 situation gets better. So imagine a short driving distance to the mall and duty free airport is within close distance
Is My Sakura 28 Good for Investment ?
I wouldn’t say this area’s landed property is worth investing but I certainly do not say this is a bad investment because after all it is landed property in Penang Island and freehold status.
This particular area is less popular compare to area like Gelugor so it might be hard to invest and reap a profit here unless you found an auction unit here somewhere and provided the house condition still ok (which you can’t ensure)
How's the rental ROI for My Sakura 28
Sorry that I have to skip this part because I don’t think you can earn a good rental return for landed residential property at this area so I skip the research. Of course if you don’t mind to rent your house to foreign or factory workers that can stay up to 20 or even 30 persons in a house (you might get complained as well)
Is it easy to sell My Sakura 28 in the foreseeable future?
I don’t think it’s easy to sell or dispose your property located at this area even if you sell it at original price because the demand is not high for this area and most importantly, it’s not popular.
P/s: I’m not talking about My Sakura 28 specifically but also other landed property here as well. (Do correct me if I’m wrong, I’m ready to change it)
My Personal preference & comment for My Sakura 28 as an agent
It’s a convenient location if you’re manager level (I guess) in MNCs, because short travelling distance to MNCs / industrial area / FIZ
Good thing about My Sakura 28 is that it is individual title, so just renovate it as you wish.
