Is Glisten Hill Good for Own Stay Purpose?
Again, as usual, I don’t really judge if a condo or project good for own stay or not, it depends on personal preference. It depends if you like Juru, if you’re working nearby, if you prefer quiet and low density place.
There’s 1 common understanding I believe you are aware, which is this area will flood during heavy rain, though not as bad as last time anymore. There’s some minor flood on the way out to the expressway / highway.
If you can’t accept it, just skip this, I don’t do hard-selling as well and I do not believe I can convince you to accept something you don’t like.
Is Glisten Hill Good for Investment ?
Erm….. I don’t think so, I mean, might not be as good as project located outer ring. I prefer those closer to Icon City and less traffic congestion area. And, not much of high rise here, so, I can’t really give a yes or no answer but personally I won’t choose to invest here.
Again, don’t get me wrong, the reason I’m saying I won’t invest in this project is because I think it is harder to “FLIP” compare to other projects. So if you’re buying for own stay purpose, just ignore it.
Is it easy to sell Glisten Hill in the foreseeable future?
Considering low density features, should be ok to sell in the future but again, the important question, it depends on how much you want to sell.
I do believe Glisten Hill is having a limited / narrow future buyers group, only those work nearby, like this area or family here for a long time.
My Personal preference & comment for Glisten Hill as an agent
I can’t give any comment regarding quality because it is still incomplete project.
Low density is ok for me.
Things I feel weird is the car park.
