The land is approximately 1-acre land off Lintang Teluk Kumbar 1, about 5 minutes walking distance from Lexis Suites, and less than 10 minutes drive from Penang International Airport. Communities within 1km radius include Taman Emas Flat, Sunway Aspera, Cascara 88 and Vanilla Bay Villa.

Is Laguna Bay Residences Good for Own Stay Purpose?
I don’t usually provide a YES or NO answer when it comes to if a project is good for own stay or if a project is good location because it is a very subjective opinion. So if you were to ask me whether Laguna Bay Residences is good for own stay I can only answer it depends, it really depends on where you work or travel frequently. For now, this location is really……. nothing, I mean, not much things yet. So if you prefer walking distance to amenities, short driving distance to mall, this is not a good location.
If you want something cheap with sea view, this is the location.
Is Laguna Bay Residences Good for Investment ?
Important to note that if you want to invest you have to buy and stamp early because PN1 is having a restriction that you cannot sell within 10 years. However, Malaysia boleh, there’s exception as well but I don’t recommend.
Is it easy to sell Laguna Bay Residences in the foreseeable future?
I wouldn’t talk much about selling yet because transaction at Teluk Kumbar, based on my experience, still low or not that high demand yet for the subsale /resale market here.
My Personal preference & comment for Laguna Bay Residencesas an agent
Well, other than quality / workmanship (I didn’t try to imply anything), because new project, you can’t see anything yet, this is a good project if you “die die” want sea view yet you don’t have the budget for others or maybe you can ask your children to buy 1 unit here as their 1st house/ property.
