Is The Light Collection 3 Good for Own Stay Purpose?
It is a good time now for you to pick up a unit here within the year of 2019 to 2023 while the economy is still unstable and we do have owners that sold their unit at original price and few units even sold lower than their initial purchase price. You can definitely buy and hold a unit here as an investment because there’s upcoming Mall and Convention Centre is coming up soon. It is under construction now no longer under planning stage. You can expect how convenience it will be when the mall is completed.
Is Light Collection 3 Good for Investment ?
Personal opinion, it will turn into a great investment after year 2025 +/- after the new PWCC convention centre & shopping mall is completed. Currently lots of owners are selling close to original price if you’re interested can definitely pick up a unit here.
How's the rental ROI for Light Collection 3
The ROI in terms of rental rate for The Light Collection 3 would be around 2% to 3% as at May 2022. It is still a hot cake.
