Every location is good if it fits your preference hence I will not emphasize on whether it’s a good or bad location. I will say this is a peaceful location, lots of family including foreigner staying here. Due to its gated and guarded features Permai Garden does not have any home stay, labour hostel issue.
In short, yes , Permai Garden is good for your own stay purpose.
Is Permai Garden Good for Investment ?
In a long term yes, Permai Garden is a good investment due to limited land and landed property in Penang Island. Some owners did make some profit from Permai Garden while some owners did make some loss because of certain reasons. (Agents/ realtors tactic maybe? also could be certain owners are desperate to sell or they want a quick profit)
Is it easy to sell permai garden in the foreseeable future?
It shouldn’t be hard to sell your unit at Permai Garden due to gated and guarded features and most importantly landed property. Also another question here will be depending on how much you plan to sell as well.
