Triuni Residence tower completed around year 2021, tower will be completed this year 2024 while tower C will be completed around 2025.
As far as I know as at Jan 2024, there’s already existing project in front of Triuni Residence like N-Park while opposite direction we have high-rise some distance away but mainly landed property.
If you’re purchasing brand new unit now, developer are giving free legal fees for loan & sales & purchase agreement. Last time during tower A developer did offer some fittings like kitchen cabinet while for tower C developer no longer offering any free fitting or furniture.
Yes you can. However, if it is a new project / under-constructions / developer’s unit , developers are giving free legal fees ya.
Developers would be happy if you help them save cost.
However, if it is completed property from developer, do check properly what kind of defect they will rectify for you, because the terms listed in the sales & purchase agreement (SPA) for completed property is different than the new project. In another words, unfair to you as a buyer.

Is Triuni Residence Good for Own Stay Purpose?
Triuni Residence is good if you don’t like shops at the ground floor of the building. It is a pure residential building. However, at the same time, you will have to drive small distance to get to some amenities.
Is Triuni Residence Good for Investment ?
To be honest, I’m a bit dilemma about Triuni Residence, again, not saying this is a bad project but a lots of subjective opinion, some clients of mine say good, some say not so convenient, so, I choose not to publicly comment because I’m an agent too, I’m selling this project, we can definitely have a face to face discussion. Let’s meet up.
Is it easy to sell Triuni Residence in the foreseeable future?
Not easy, not at this location. I’m not saying this is a bad project but to make it easier to understand it is not as popular as Andaman Island, Gurney, Queensbay Mall area. Hence, not easy.
My Personal preference & comment for Triuni Residence as an agent
I would say go for tower C if view is very important for you because obviously tower C’s view is much better, doesn’t blocked by N-park and others like tower A of Triuni Residence and tower B partially blocked too.
If you just buy for own stay, go for tower A & B because of cheaper price too compare to tower C that launched later at higher price and better view for sure and at a premium.
Workmanship wise, shouldn’t be a problem because of branded developer & the main contractor Kerjaya Prospek and of course this indirectly causing the project to sell at a premium compare to nearby development.
