    Is Villa Kejora a Good Buy ?

    Our Analysis / Opinion

    First of all I have to apologize, I’m not familiar with these apartment and to be honest certain purchaser, perhaps you are the one might be asking who is the majority of the residents or occupants here at Villa Kejora. Well, a quick answer for you is “I don’t know”. I’m not staying here therefore I won’t bluff you saying that there’s no foreign workers like bangla or indonesian staying here because I really no idea and I didn’t walk before level to level. (No offense to foreign workers, I’m not racist.)

    If you’re starting small, want to get some ownership of a small apartment, for small family in Penang Island, apartment is the only choice of course not limited to this apartment, you have some of choices if you’re looking for apartment with RM 300k ranging.

    Of course it was a good investment if you purchased / got it under government quota long long time ago. You can find cheap unit here under few circumstances like the initial owner passed away, inherited by children they want to sell it regardless or profit and also some other circumstances like people upgrading or relocating.

    Forgive me I have the skip the rental ROI for Villa Kejora unless you give me an exact figure or purchase price that you are aiming then I might be able to calculate for you the rental ROI. If you don’t understand you are always welcome to drop me a call. 

    Well, again, my usual answer for this question is “it depends”. Depends how much you want to sell. As at November 2022 if you plan to sell at RM 300,000 for the 800sqft then yes it is easy to sell.

    Normal apartment, 1 car park for the units but not all sizes if not mistaken, so you have to check properly with the other agents if you’re looking at other units. Many food choices around, cheap or expensive also here, all within walking distance including the amenities.
