First of all I have to apologize, I’m not familiar with these apartment and to be honest certain purchaser, perhaps you are the one might be asking who is the majority of the residents or occupants here at Villa Kejora. Well, a quick answer for you is “I don’t know”. I’m not staying here therefore I won’t bluff you saying that there’s no foreign workers like bangla or indonesian staying here because I really no idea and I didn’t walk before level to level. (No offense to foreign workers, I’m not racist.)
If you’re starting small, want to get some ownership of a small apartment, for small family in Penang Island, apartment is the only choice of course not limited to this apartment, you have some of choices if you’re looking for apartment with RM 300k ranging.
Is Villa Kejora Good for Investment ?
Of course it was a good investment if you purchased / got it under government quota long long time ago. You can find cheap unit here under few circumstances like the initial owner passed away, inherited by children they want to sell it regardless or profit and also some other circumstances like people upgrading or relocating.
