As usual, I’m always biased towards low density development. Olive Tree Residence, including Bayan Baru is a great location especially for those working at MNC of Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, FIZ FTZ & etc. Walking distance to basic amenities and food, short travelling distance to work.
Of course you get what you pay, so location and the price justify for itself.
There’s some leasehold development here for instance Promenade but Olive Tree Residence is a residential and Freehold title.
Yes, it is slightly better than those investment / projects located inside Sungai Ara, Relau, Bukit Jambul and etc. Somemore, low density, not much competitor within the same building and vicinity.
Easy to sell compared to Sungai Ara, Relau and Bukit Jambul Area, freehold somemore if compared against Promenade.
