Is De Centro apartment Good for Own Stay Purpose?
Well, it’s hard to find such sizes and such price anymore nowadays, new project, 4 bedrooms? easily Rm 600,000. So if you have savings for down payment, go ahead, consider this place due to its size and above average workmanship. I’ve seen the latest workmanship of the project Centro Residence, it is good.
However, De Centro (pangsapuri tanjung permai) was completed around year 2012, I’m not staying there or visitng there very often, so I can’t tell if any potential dilapidation.
And, come on, it is Raja Uda, very congested but yes and yet! Very convenient.
Is Pangsapuri Tanjung Permai Good for Investment ?
I…… don’t think so, I am a very conservative person, for the past 10 years, Penang’s property was not performing good / getting a lots of capital appreciation, be glad you can recover your interest payment. However, if there’s anything like 10% below market value I think you can grab the chance.
Is it easy to sell Pangsapuri Tanjung Permai in the foreseeable future?
Yes, it is easy to sell the unit here so long as you didn’t plan to gain profit, which is nowadays’ trends/ situation.

Well, like I said on the above, workmanship ok, but because it is also close to 10 years building while i’m writing this, so I cannot say it is very GOOD! else later anyone of you visit say I am talking nonsense/ over-promise.
Convenient location if you like Raja Uda, if you born here, you work around here, you will like it.
