Although Wellspring Residence haven’t complete yet, I would say by judging on the past project by Airmas, the quality should be fine. Also, pretty much suitable for your own stay / own usage purpose. Total units of 144 at Wellspring Residence Butterworth is just fine and low density feature is always welcomed by majority

I would not be very optimistic about high rental rate rather I would say you can definitely hold the property for some period after completion and sell it. Quick profit, buy and flip might not be suitable at Wellspring Butterworth now.

However, you can definitely consider this if you wish to purchase property to hedge against inflation. The rental here around this area should be able to offset against the interest paid.

Wellspring Residences shouldn’t be headache for you if you plan to dispose it in the foreseeable future considering not much high rise in this area and low density features. Also, if the quality is superior, the building itself would definitely earn a good name at the local, considering not much high rise choices in this particular area somemore with good quality. 

Not much special I would put on or emphasize on the layout or rather I should say the layout is just like most of the comdominium.

I wouldn’t comment much about traffic jam because all the famous spot in Penang also have traffic congestion issue. Want a less traffic spot? Kepala Batas, Bertam is one of em.

Wellspring Residence Butterworth will add another choices for future buyers, also close distance to Raja Uda. Pretty convenient location I would say. I think it’s safe to say that Wellspring Residence gonna be one of the best condo at Raja Uda if Airmas is able to keep their quality the same as previous project.
