Is Skyridge Garden Good for Own Stay Purpose?
Very good, quiet and not too hot location/ building to stay or live. You can still enjoy some partial sea view here. The only thing, as I promise, I also won’t waste your time, what I know will be what you know. The balcony view of another side of the building is having cemetery view. If you don’t like it or if you are “pantang”, skip this view, but currently developer no more balance unit for the direct sea view anymore. you’ll have to “hunt” it from the resale/ second hand market.

I’m just gonna be very straight, if you want to invest here better you find auction, below market value 2nd hand unit and pick for those not facing cemetery because you know most of the chinese always say don’t want cemetery view.

My Personal preference & comment for skyridge garden as an agent
I’ve been there, see it with my own eye, quality/ workmanship, acceptable as an RM7xxK project in Penang Island and at Tanjung Tokong area. Like I mentioned , you need to drive a very short driving distance and you’ll be able to get all sorts of amenities, foods & etc. Of course you can choose walking but I don’t think people nowadays will take the option 😅.
Facilities wise Skyridge Garden is really having a great landscape and big enough to cater the residents need, it has full basketball and 2 badminton courts which is kinda unique in Penang condominium. Unless certain development / condo offer 30+ to 50+ facilities with very small size.
