Is Savana Good for Own Stay Purpose?
You will be happy for the price that you paid for. If you are a newly wed couples, a family of 3-4, especially if you are working nearby in Batu Kawan. It would just be nice layout to stay.
You can hardly get a layout in Batu Kawan that actually have two balconies in your unit, especially if you are someone who prefers natural lightning to reflect into your windows. I personally like this very much in Savana.
Is Savana Good for Investment ?
As we all know that now Batu Kawan is blooming with all the 4,959 acres of industrial areas & also medical centre which will be estimated completed sooner or later by 2024. With such planning & masterplan from government & also private sectors with the good accessibility of the Penang Second Bridge, it actually provided the job opportunities & the population growth in Batu Kawan.
Yes, in term of investor point of view. I would really recommend you this project in terms of the price & the rental market now running in Batu Kawan area..
How's the rental ROI for Savana Batu Kawan
Me being conservative, the expected rental will be range from RM1600-RM2000 as for now 2022, for the completed project which have the almost similar layout as Savana.
Is it easy to sell Savana in the foreseeable future?
It could be a yes and also a no.
It would depends on the timing that you would let go.
Why yes? If the whole development matures or complete as per state planning, by the time you you might be asking me why want to sell since the rental is doing good.
Why no then? If you are expecting to sell it once you gotten your key, might not be that easy, so, be patient ya.
My Personal preference & comment for Savana as an agent
Good side I like about the layout they have separated wet and dry kitchen and on the other hand, the main door will be facing each other which I personally don’t fancy.
If you are working in Batu Kawan & planning for investment purpose, traffic is not one of the issue that you should be concerned about.
