You can expect a higher capital gain and rental rate when our economy recovers and our Penang government is having planning with the Gurney Wharf hence it is definitely another bonus.
How's the rental ROI for Setia V Residence
The ROI in terms of rental rate shall be around 2% to 3% due to recent down trend of property industry and the impact of Covid-19.
If you’re purchasing with bank loan, your will have a net cash outflow. Rental rate shall be around RM 5,000 to RM 10,000 depends on the size of your unit as at May 2022.

My Personal preference & comment for Setia V Residence as an agent
The only funny or I should say imperfect is the carpark, in order to get a lower level carpark you’ll have to pick up high floor unit otherwise your carpark will be located high floor.
Other than carpark, most of the features are just great regardless city view or town view unit both view are just fine.
As what the government plan shows the Gurney Wharf will be another bonus for all the owners and the new Andaman Island by E&O is quite some distance away. You will be able to enjoy the sea view and the upcoming city view as well.

Developer is SP Setia, so better than average quality project. Low density development with more privacy and peaceful environment with the excellent sea view.
