As far as I know as at July 2023, no potential project directly in front of this Infinity Condo, the project is exactly sea front, and next to it are low rise condo and bungalow house too.
So far the hot project/ area right now is the new reclaimed Andaman Island at Tanjung Tokong, doesn’t make sense anyone wanna be here to further reclaim and just to build 1 or 2 condo here. Logically speaking, I think you’re safe at least for another 10 to 15 years.

Yes if you like Tanjung Bungah, if you like big space, big super condo with big size. There’s not much amenities within walking distance only some shops nearby but that is what makes Tanjung Bungah and this Infinity BeachFront Super Condo a quiet place yet walking distance to beach.
Hence, if you like somewhere quiet, can consider this place.
Personally I don’t think super condo is a good investment unless you bought something really special, or at least 20% below market value, because the turnover / transaction of super condo of course not much compare to common condo and because of the big built up definitely result in high price.
Currently not much unit available for sale for Infinity condo and your main competitor shall be the nearby super condo like the cove, 1 tanjung and etc. Not easy because of the price of RM 2m, 3m, 4m, people have choices, not because of the condo itself.
I like the sea front / walking distance to beach concept, quiet and privacy. Short driving distance will get me some basic amenities, so I’m fine.
Also, if you have a higher budget, take 4 bedrooms with better view because 3 bedrooms with sea view but will get the west facing, sunset direction, if you’re afraid of west.
