You should definitely pick up a studio unit here at the Light Collection ii if you have limited budget in order to enjoy the whole landscape facilities and the sea view.
Is The Light Collection 2 Good for Investment ?
It might not be a great investment within these 5 years time (personal opinion) until 2025 or thereafter but you can have a positive expectation towards the new under construction Mall and Convention Centre.
Existing owner still can earn your profit, don’t worry, the time will come, The Light Collection is really a good project
How's the rental ROI for the Light Collection 2
ROI of the Light Collection ii in terms of rental rate for the studio unit will be around 3% to 4% depends on the unit purchase price you secured while the normal 3 bedrooms unit will be around 2% to 3%.
the current rental as at June 2022 shall be around RM 2,000 for studio unit to Rm 5,000 depends on unit size and bedrooms
Is it easy to sell the Light Collection 2 in the foreseeable future?
The Light Collection 2 has a lots of sizes and facing including studio unit. It is not hard to sell your unit here consider the low density features however the most important question is how much you plan to sell.
My Personal preference & comment for Permai Garden as an agent
the Light collection 2 comes with extra choice i.e. the studio unit. Similar to other collection, the Light Collection 2 also comes with 3 to 4 bedrooms choices.
if you’re looking for unobstructed sea view you might need to skip the Light Collection 2 as there’s only very very limited unit can enjoy the unobstructed sea view.
You can have some positive expectation towards the future of the Light City because there’s a new mall under construction and a new office tower within IJM Land’s plan.
