Is this Oakridge 3-storey semi-Detached at Persiaran pantai jerjak Good for Own Stay Purpose?
Absolutely yes. Super convenient location, short travelling distance to Queensbay Mall, walking distance to local food and etc.
I’m saying Oakridge is good because I’m selling it obviously but also because I like the quality and finishing. Traffic congestion is worth mentioning here, there’s reason why this property / location is selling at RM2m+ to 3m+ because one, it is a 3-storey semi-detached landed property; two, location at the boundary side of Bayan Lepas, Penang. It is far away from most congested area of Bayan Lepas which is Sungai Ara, Bukit Jambul and Relau.
It depends where you travel frequently as well of course, if you travel to Georgetown daily for works, then you only face about 1 to 2 areas of traffic congestion. If you travel to FIZ, FTZ, literally I would say smooth.
Is Oakridge / Landed property at Pantai Jerjak Good for Investment ?
Well, after all, it is Penang Island, worth the investment but I wouldn’t say that worthy at this time and at this price. Anyhow, if you like it, you’ll buy it; if you don’t like it, let’s explore again but please………. don’t tell me “I want RM 1million new landed property” , I don’t know what kind of expression I should give you.
Is it easy to sell Oakridge in the foreseeable future?
Not easy, not everyday people with RM 3million walking around on the street and people with RM 3million budget might also think about getting a bungalow in Penang Mainland, a bigger space, why not?
It’s a RM3m, another category of owner/ investors here. The turnover rate/ transaction amount for sure will be slower/ less than condominium.
My Personal preference & comment for Oakridge as an agent
Well……….judging at this Oakridge 3-storey landed semi-Detached house, the first impression I had was wondering “what is this”, “is this some sort of factory or industrial building”.
Anyhow, this is a project by BSG Property and in Penang I believe most of us know BSG Property and its quality. Although I’d like to say TOP Quality but some people might disagree so I’m just gonna use the word “above average” quality and finishing. I just paid my visit in March 2023, the building is still good, no sign of cracks, leaking & etc.
So if you’re looking for great quality landed property, you must give this a serious consideration.
