Is The Penthouse Penang Good for Own Stay Purpose?
Well, yes, I’m biased, sorry, I like this condominium/ apartment, low density, more privacy, this is what you are paying for.
Workmanship wise, I’m satisfied, still well-maintained even after 7 years until today year 2024 when I’m writing this, don’t have major issue (at least i believe)
You will have to drive, but not too far, you will find Lotus, Straits Quay Mall, local foods, proper restaurant just about 5 minutes driving distance.
Is The Penthouse Penang Good for Investment ?
Hmmmm, if you’re truly targeting for investment, go for middle to high floor unit but of course the price between low, medium and high floor is having quite an amount of different from RM 3.6 million to approximately Rm 4.5 million as at year 2024. Because higher floor gets a better view and extra car park too therefore I think middle to high floor will fetch a better value.
But if you have the budget of Rm 4 million I would strongly suggest you to take a look at industrial category now after all this is quite a hot trend recent years.
Is it easy to sell The Penthouse Penang in the foreseeable future?
I think it is pretty easy after all not all buyers buy it as an investment vehicle but more to own usage and you have lesser competitor because after all it is only 22 units in total and the rest is indirect competitor i.e. nearby buildings.
