Is the Crown Penang a Good Buy ?

Our Analysis / Opinion

Hmmmmm, at the moment I think the building will be mixed / allowed for short term rental purpose so it will be mixture of people of those looking to buy it for short term rental, holiday or weekend home, own stay and etc.

So I can’t give you a yes or no answer if the Crown is good for own stay purpose.

Personally think total unit of 588 is a bit over my personal appetite for investment purpose. I personally don’t like anything more than 400+ or 500+ unit unless it is a very good and special development. 

But if you’re buying to flip it…..i doubt it, If you’re buying for renting it out while you’re away, I think you can do so.

But if you think you like the atmosphere of Seri Tanjung Pinang, Straits Quay, Andaman Island, I think this is the new development you can take a look at it. 

It depends what size you’re looking at, if you’re looking for bigger size layout, shouldn’t be that hard to sell it in the future because the larger size layout like type C1 & D 3 bedrooms only 1 unit per floor and they are all high floor, pretty special.
