Is sunway cassia Good for Own Stay Purpose?
If you read other comments / reviews of mine, I always take a neutral stand, any location is good if it is convenient for you but of course if you “die die” want me to comment, I don’t like this location and majority of the people in Penang Island are not into this location, at the moment.
If you are working nearby Bayan Lepas FIZ, FTZ, or Batu Kawan / near 2nd Penang Bridge then yes you’re safe / I can say the location is not too bad for you.
Quality wise, should be fine, of course I cannot say very good because someone else might comment /say water leaking, cracks, bla bla bla without considering the fact that any house will have water leakage.
Is sunway cassia Good for Investment ?
I’m sorry to say, NO. At the moment, Sunway Cassia and this location is not popular / hot for investment.
Is it easy to sell sunway cassia in the foreseeable future?
Sorry I’m really tired / exhausted when I’m writing this, plenty of works in hand, so I’m just gonna brutally say……..NO, it is not easy to sell if you are to follow market price.
My Personal preference & comment for sunway cassia as an agent
Overall, the landscaping was nice initially but because this is individual title development, I think government won’t spend too much money to help residents to maintain it, but quality wise should be fine and more and more foreign labour is moving out due to government restriction so don’t worry you won’t be staying with bunch of Bangla or foreign labour if that’s what you are worrying, situation is getting better / improving. Workmanship I’d say ok, it depends who and what you are comparing with, I’d say Sunway Cassia are ok.
The rest just depends on your budget and how much you like this location.
