this London Pavilion is estimated to complete around year Quarter 4, 2027 but to be safe I’d rather say 2028.
As at December 2023, there’s no high-rise building exactly at the front that will block London Pavilion’s view. If you opt for the airport view, you’ll get a nice Penang International Airport and partial sea view too.
London Pavilion does not come with furnishing package, however, it comes with free legal fees for loan & sales & purchase agreement and some minor upgrades for internal specs.
Yes you can. However, if it is a new project / under-constructions / developer’s unit , developers are giving free legal fees ya.
Developers would be happy if you help them save cost.
However, if it is completed property from developer, do check properly what kind of defect they will rectify for you, because the terms listed in the sales & purchase agreement (SPA) for completed property is different than the new project. In another words, unfair to you as a buyer.

Is London Pavilion Good for Own Stay Purpose?
Well, again, I don’t have a good or definite answer for you, it depends. Can I say Gurney Drive is a good location? I guess so, but what if you’re working at Batu Maung and you have to travel everyday to and from Gurney Drive. I bet you’ll end up crazy.
So, London Pavilion is suitable for you only if you’re working somewhere around this area or travel frequently in and out of Bayan Lepas area.
And yes, 1 more, it’s really hard to see a condominium with 2 badminton court and 1 squash court. Damn, it’s a wow, but sad part? It doesn’t have basketball court, but yeah, I don’t care, I only play badminton hahahahaah, sorry basketball lovers.
Is London Pavilion Good for Investment ?
For the next 5 years, I don’t think so, but if you are optimistic about the new southern reclaimed island and future development, feel free to grab a unit here.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying this is a bad project, just being straight to the point that you cannot flip this project. If you buy for own use, own stay, worth it.
Is it easy to sell London Pavilion in the foreseeable future?
I think ok, should be easier to sell than the recent D’Starlington project and nearby project because of the facilities offered, shall be one of the attraction and reason why your future buyers should consider here.
My Personal preference & comment for London Pavilion as an agent
Well, because it’s a new project, under-construction, but I will definitely put it into my list to review once the project completes. The facilities are definitely one of the reason you should consider this because you really can’t find 2 badminton courts and squash court in a condominium while the last condo I know is Setia V Residence located at Gurney Drive, Georgetown, and that is completely different level development and sky-high price.
in short, worth it, if you are working nearby / travel in and out Bayan Lepas FIZ, FTZ.
