Please don’t take the price go and kacau developers or other agents say last time this last time that, last time I might be Adolf Hitler also (if you don’t know this is sarcasm now you know). 

No furnishing package for Havana as far as I know.

Yes you can. However, if it is a new project / under-constructions / developer’s unit , developers are giving free legal fees ya.

Please don’t hate me, I’m merely stating the fact. Havana is good, if you have limited budget, if you’re working somewhere nearby, in MNCs & etc. 

If you’re still looking for “I want Rm 400k – 500k , 1,000 square, feet low density, don’t want Balik Pulau, Teluk Kumbar” . GOOD MORNING, TAK DA , sila pergi mimpi. Dreaming is faster. I know you will say I’m rude but this is the fact, you try looking for other agents see what’s their response, either no reply or propose you other projects that hardly meet the requirements above.

I don’t think so. Please don’t cari pasal cucuk me from belakang say “got agent say Havana bad”. Hello, every project also got people complain ok. There’s good and bad for everything. Human beings are not perfect not to mention the product made by humans. 

The reason I think Havana is not good for investment is if you’re thinking to flip in the shortest amount of time Havana is NOT a good choice, just go to auction market and resale market will be faster for you. 

When this project complete it will “flood” the market with 1,342 units, say 300 units is for rental purpose, either you renovate as soon as possible and rent out or you pay higher commission to agents to help you get the unit out as soon as possible or you will have a period of “lead time”.

I’m not so optimistic for capital appreciation of nowadays affordable project.

To be honest I don’t think it is really easy to sell your unit in the foreseeable future because it is 1,342 units in total while there’s other affordable projects coming up as well not too far away like Maldives Residences

So many sizes

The developer, Ideal is good in building high density project, considered “OK” for the landscape and facilities for the building. So if you’re looking for 1st house and to upgrade in the future, Havana is a good try.
