Is Marmington homes Good for Own Stay Purpose?
As usual, I have to apologize first before giving out the answer. If you read my other articles or reviews, I will always give the answer of “it depends”. If you’re looking for a place at Raja Uda, Butterworth and something new, this is it. Lots of food choices here until “you don’t know what to eat”.
If you’re looking for upgrading or basic condominium with swimming pool facilities, this is also a good choice.
If you have a sensitive question or want a sensitive review we can have a meet up face to face and I promise what I know will be what you know.
Is Marmington homes Good for Investment ?
To be honest, I’m not sure. Reason being I’m not an active agent in this area, I deal mostly in Penang Island and new projects mainly. But I think you’re safe to pick up a unit here if you wanna start a small investment with low risk. Why? Because the rental here can offer you a return that is enough to offset the bank loan interest installment. (i’m talking about interest and cheap units only)
Since I said I am not active agents here then how do I know if the rental return can offset your bank loan interest? That’s pretty easy you can just check nearby condo transaction by opening Mudah.my, PropertyGuru, iProperty platform & etc.
Is it easy to sell Marmington homes in the foreseeable future?
Well, not many property investors flipper here, and the demand for high-rise here remain average, not too good, not too bad. Slow but steady capital appreciation for the property market in this area. Hence, as long as your target selling price is not too high, shouldn’t be a problem just the matter of nearby competitors.
